Hanoverian Mare for Sale in Roseburg, OR

Devah is a 16. 1H daughter of Donnerkeil out of a TB mare. She is fully approved and registered with the AHS with an overall score of 7. She has produced several high quality foals including the Idaho Dressage and Eventing Association reserve 2 nd level HOY Deb 'N Aire. She has been an easy breeder and is back under saddle. She knows her lateral work but mainly enjoys jumping. She has packed ametuers and young riders on the flat and over fences. Very sweet natured and easy to work with. Devah is a fun horse to be around and ride. She tries very hard to please and is very kind. Foals in photos are her 2001 and 2002 foals. Will have new video and photos soon. Sale Pending.

About Roseburg, OR

Modern-day Roseburg is located on the former lands of numerous Indian tribes, including the Cow Creek Band of the Umpqua Tribe, whose Cow Creek Umpqua Indian Foundation is located in Roseburg. Roseburg was the site of the 1855 Hungry Hill battle, part of the Rogue River War of 1855-56, which was started when Euro-Americans flooded southern Oregon in the early 1850s looking for gold. The city was named for settler Aaron Rose, who established a homestead within the current city limits on September 23, 1851. Rose was born in 1813 in Ulster County, New York. In 1851, he came to Oregon from Coldwater, Michigan, where he had lived since 1837.
