Mustang Mare for Sale in Gainesville, GA

Liberty is a gorgeous Mustang pony, born in the wild and left to herself until around 4 months ago when we came across her and began to work with her. She is now completely broke to ride but still very green. She has an amazing conformation, straight feet, very well balanced and agile. She possesses extraordinary strength in build and is very capable of becoming a very good little jumper, with more practice (we have her started). She can walk, trot, and canter on demand as well as change her pace easily (pull her up and set back for a nice sitting trot or a slower canter). We have her started over fences (around 18") as well as around barrels. She has also learned how to kick a soccer ball if you point her toward one (a very fun trick for kids). She is ready to learn and quick to understand what is being asked of her, but she is still very green and needs an experienced rider, or a rider with a good trainer that can help him or her along. She is all around a wonderful little horse and could make an amazing christmas present and be an incredible competition horse with more training. She has a calm demeanor but is ready to be spunky and go go go when asked and is simply a blast to ride. I wish we could keep her, but we have too many horses as it is and not enough people to ride them. All this pony really needs is the love and care of a child. She is full of personality and spunk and beautiful to look at. She is 11 years old and around 13 hands tall. Call 770-297-9747 or email adellynnoel@icloud.com if you have any questions or are interested, we would love to tell you about her!

About Gainesville, GA

Gainesville was established as "Mule Camp Springs" by European-American settlers in the early 1800s. Less than three years after the organization of Hall County on December 15, 1818, Mule Camp Springs was renamed "Gainesville" on April 21, 1821. It was named in honor of General Edmund P. Gaines, a hero of the War of 1812 and a noted military surveyor and road-builder. Gainesville was selected to be the county seat and chartered by the Georgia General Assembly on November 30, 1821.
