Quarter Horse Gelding for Sale in Clarkston, MI

Turbo is an 8 year old, 15.3hh, calm dispositioned, barrel gelding. Turbo is a multiple NBHA youth world qualifier, state finalist, and money earner. Currently moving up to consistent 3D and has potential to move higher with more conditioning. He hasn't ran in 2D but placed in 3D and could definitely be a consistent 2-3D horse. Even though he is grade, he does really well! He has auto flying lead changes, works of seat, leg, and some voice cues. We are working on bridle-less, lunging, and western/hunt seat (has potential to be an all-arounder). Picks up feet, stands in cross ties, does good with the farrier (is barefoot), vet, loads/unloads in trailer, etc. Only vice is he does have trouble picking up the right lead on the rail, but with more time could get it down 100% (he will do a flying lead change into it). Turbo has done a lot of different events: hunt seat, jumping (has jumped 2ft, but could definitely go higher), high school equestrian team, 4H, cow sorting, trail riding, swimming, bareback, gymkhana events but mainly barrel racing. Turbo is a great horse to jump on and mess with. I’ve done all sorts of other crazy things with him. He’s a super easy keeper/no maintenance guy! He will continue to be worked until sold, but I am in no rush to sell & will only let him go to a good home. Contact me for more info/pictures!
