FOR Lease:TB Gelding 8yrs- Hunter/Jumper

Looking for an experienced rider (no beginners) to lease my 8 yr old TB He has a great personality and is super quiet. I'm considering moving to a farm in North Reading and this can only be made possible if I lease my horse to come up with the extra money. The farm is beautiful and has a meadow and a large outdoor lighted ring which is plowed in the winter so riding after dark and when it snows is possible. The price is $250 a month for 2-3 rides per week (mostly weekdays and 1 weekend day) or $200 if the leasee cleans the stall / paddock on the days they are there. I really love my horse and am looking for someone as dedicated as myself - hopefully someone long term. I am running out of time to reserve a stall - if you would be interested please email me ASAP!!
