Appaloosa Stallion for Sale in Wingo, KY
Gambler only matured to 14 hh (parents; 14. 3 & 15. 3 hh) . . but he got the best of both parents; pretty halter head & built like a tank. Disposition is A+ from both parents. Gambler was late dropping & was left a stallion. He is broke to ride & has produced a few foals. Idea to breed to poas. I have a poa few - spot daug. I am his breeder, but not his current owner. About Wingo, KY
Wingo was established in 1854 as a stop along the New Orleans and Ohio Railroad, a predecessor line of the Illinois Central. The city was originally named "Wingo's Station" for local landowner Jerman J. Wingo, who provided the land for the depot. A post office was moved to the station from nearby Point Curve in 1862, and the city incorporated in 1872. The "Station" was dropped from the name in 1882.
