Appaloosa Mare for Sale in Inkom, ID
Mahris. Registered Appaloosa Mare (No Spots) . She has been my best friend and partner for the last two years, but it's time for me to move on. I have outgrown her as far as skill level. I've used her for 3 day eventing, dressage, and low level jumping. She especially excels at Dressage. Beyond 2'6"| she tends to get a bit nervous until comfortable with the situation. She was used in low level hunter before I purchased her. She would definitely be suitable for a junior rider working their way up. Email for pictures.
About Inkom, ID
The Shoshone Indians named the area around present day Inkom "Ingacom", a reference to the rock formation on the eastern side of town, where one can see the remnants of the "Red Hare". It was photographed in 1930 after the "ears" had been knocked off by vandals. The local creek was originally called "Rabbit River" but later changed to Rapid Creek as it is called today. The "Red Hare" is still there today.
