Grappeli is a 16' 2001 bay Irish Sport Horse gelding. He is an outstanding example of combining the ISH with the Thoroughbred. By Menuhin (Seacrest RID) a young stallion currently in training with Karen Cudmore of Nebraska. His dam is Cadenza, a Thoroughbred mare by Wanderkind (sire of Hawley Bennett's Olympic Three Day Mount Livingstone) . Cadenza is a tough competitor at 4'6" with top placings at venues such as Spruce Meadows. She is currently being ridden by a 12 year old to 4'!
