Paint Mare for Sale in Farmington, NM
Fleetheart is a beautiful sorrel overo brood mare who passes her easy going attitude on to her foals. All of the foals I have gotten out of her have been a pleasure to work with. She is double bred Mr. Norfleet so she has the pedigree as well as the disposition. An easy foaler I have never had to call the vet for this mare yet. I would not be selling her but I wish to continue with college. Would possibly negotiate price. ~~~~~~~~~~
About Farmington, NM
The area that is now Farmington was settled by Ancestral Pueblo people in the 7th Century. Ruins can be visited at nearby Salmon Ruins and at Aztec Ruins. When the Ancestral Puebloans left the area, the Navajos, Jicarilla Apaches, and Utes moved into the area. A key part of the region was known in Navajo as Tóta' which means "where three rivers meet". Although Spanish and American mineral prospecting happened in the area, there were few permanent settlements.
