Appaloosa Mare for Sale in Carleton, MI
This stunning DARK mahogany bay filly arrived easter morning. She exemplifies appaloosa perfection in a solid package. She has a nice stocky build with a very pretty head. Her type and quality are apparent even without a spotted hide. Nice foundation appy and quarter lines. She would make a terrific addition to any breeding program or for using a wonderful riding horse. What a personality, very sweet & level headed would be great project for a youth or 4H. About Carleton, MI
Carleton, which was named after Michigan poet Will Carleton, was platted in 1872 by Daniel Matthews and incorporated into a village in 1911. Primarily an agricultural community with an operating grain elevator, the village also contains several small businesses and restaurants.
