Pony Riders Wanted

Farm on Jefferson / St. Lawrence Counties border seeking two junior riders to school and show two pony hunters at shows in 2004. Pony #1: 14 hands and green, but works well with beginners. Will consider a beginner child for walk - trot only for her. Pony #2: 13. 2 hands. Coming back from a 2 year hiatus. Honest jumper and will do up to 3 feet. Intermediate rider, as she is bold. Willing to give weekly lessons for free in exchange for showcasing these show ponies. Prefer riders who have been schooled in traditional huntseat equitation, but will consider those with stock breed equitation if willing to convert to A - level hunter equitation. Riders required to supply appropriate attire for showing hunter ponies. We will consider beginning riders with passion and dedication. Will also allow the ponies to be used as 4- H projects for the 2004 season under supervision.
