Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Kent, WA

Miss Okie cal girl Aka "sugar". This is a nice horse she has done it all to date. I have had her high country low country, carrrying loaded saddle bags, all her tack and gear. I say she is started but only because I have not actually sat the saddle but ridden her bareback often. She is smart, willing and built like a brick house. Good bone, smooth gaits, curious and not afraid of crossing water or bridges, as a matter fact she went belly deep, alone the first river we crossed w / her. It kills me to even put her up for sale, but between work and my training regimine for endurance I have no time for her right now. I originally bought her as a barrel prospect. She'd make a excellent 4- H horse. She is current on everything. Loads, hauls, bathes, stands tied.

About Kent, WA

The Kent area was first permanently settled by European Americans in the 1820s along the banks of what was then the White River. The first settler was Samuel Russell, who sailed the White and Duwamish rivers until he claimed a plot of land southeast of modern-day downtown Kent in the spring of 1835. Russell was followed by several other settlers who quickly staked claims around the area. The settlements were originally known as "White River" and later the town was called "Titusville" after an early settler by the name of James Henry Titus. (There is still a "Titusville Station" sign on Gowe Street near First Avenue).
