This gentle, big mover loves to learn. He's a registered, true son of Special Effort who did ranch work in Mexico, trails in Arizona, and is a perfect group trail horse for inexperienced riders. Beautiful collected work in the arena, loves jumping. Started over small jumps - - a little more training would give you a willing, powerful hunter / jumper. His controlled movement and leg sensitivity also give him potential as a dressage or barrel horse. I put minimal effort into this guy and got incredible results. Cave Creek was settled in 1870 by soldiers on horseback from Fort McDowell. In 1973, prospectors from the Bradshaw Mountains found gold in the town. The town is named for the cave next to the creek the town was founded on.
