Paint Quarter Horse Gelding

Storm is a 13-year-old grade Paint gelding standing a solid 15 hands. He is a stunning, jack-of-all-trades gelding with a phenomenal mind, steady gaits, a lot of grit, and unmatched try. Whether you need a dependable partner for hard days on the ranch or a versatile gelding who can go in any direction, Storm is ready for his next home. Storm has been exposed to a little bit of everything and spent all summer working on a busy cattle feedlot. His extensive resume covers all aspects of ranch work, sorting, doctoring cattle, mountain packing, trail riding, and rodeo events including barrels and poles. He has also been ridden in parades and local events, handling commotion and arena flags with ease. He is an absolute gentleman on the ground and great to shoe, bathe, load, unload, stand tied, bridle, and saddle. He is good around dogs and handles being ridden out alone or in a group. Under saddle, Storm has a wonderful, willing disposition and always wants to please his rider. He neck reins beautifully and works exceptionally well off leg pressure. He is quick on his feet when you need him to be, yet quiet enough to drop his head and cruise down the trail. He has no buck or bite. He has a solid head on his shoulders, but because he is a sensitive horse who responds immediately to pressure, he is best suited for an intermediate to confident rider. Whenever you ask him, Storm will give you 100 percent of whatever he has got. He is a rock-solid, seasoned gelding ready to transition smoothly into his next home.
