Walkaloosa Gelding for Sale in Tompkinsville, KY
π΄ MEET BUCK SHOT! π΄
If youβre looking for a beautiful, well-bred trail horse with the looks, experience, and mind to match, meet Buck Shot!
Buck Shot is a gorgeous 4-year-old gaited Paint/Appaloosa-colored gelding standing 14.3 hands tall. His eye-catching color will get you noticed anywhere, and his beautiful, smooth gait makes him a pleasure to ride!
Buck Shot has been ridden all over Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Indiana, including trips along the Cumberland River. He is excellent in the woods, surefooted, and takes hills nice and slow. He crosses creeks and logs with ease and will ride happily in the front, middle, or back of a group. He has even been on camping trips and ridden with groups of up to 80 people, handling it all like a champ! He is also traffic-safe and has been ridden out on the road.
One of our favorite things about Buck Shot is his calm, willing nature. We have ponied our children off him, and they have trail-ridden him through the woods while he quietly follows along. We have even had kids lined up from his neck to his tail, and he stood there like a gentleman!
He has a great mind and temperament and is calm, loving, and willing to please.
