Black Fshr Gelding

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime dream horse? One with the mane, tail, feathering, and look of a majestic Friesian. One that the same family has lovingly raised and trained for the past 3.5 years. This is Jonah, a 2022, 16-hand registered Friesian sport horse. Jonah has his Percheron mom’s looks. We have truly enjoyed working with Jonah. He is broke both to ride and drive. He has been driven on the road and around the farm. He helped rake hay this past summer when we went out to the field with a group of around 20 people to see and feed the animals. He has worked with longhorns, ostriches, camels, pigs, and many other animals, and none of it fazes him. Jonah is also very well trained to ride both in the arena and on trails. We have taken him on overnight camping trips. We have taken him over logs, water, bridges, and many other obstacles, which he does willingly and reliably. We have also had him on the back roads and busy highways. He also rides beautifully in the arena. He picks up both leads and will lope a circle, moving on and off your seat and leg cues. We ride him in English and Western tack, and bareback. We have taken him over jumps, and he has dressage potential, too. Jonah is the horse we take out for the boyfriend or timid rider, as he quickly makes you feel safe. All while being the prettiest horse in the group. Jonah is sound on all four feet and has a current vet exam. Please call us with any questions; leave a message, and we will call you back. We do not receive texts. We feel he will truly be your once-in-a-lifetime personal or family horse. OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY.COM ENDS ON 11/11 @ 6:40 PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit.
