Name: UC Corporal Breed: Morgan Registration: AMHA Age: 2022 Gender: Gelding Color: Bay Height: 15hh Notes: UC Corporal is a 2022, 15hh, bay registered Morgan gelding by UC Domination (UC Doc Daniels x UC Aria) and UC Serenity (UC Ringmaster x UC Faith). UC Domination has competed successfully in the 2015 Massachusetts Morgan Show and New England Morgan Regional in the Morgan Classic Pleasure, Morgan Carriage Driving, and Morgan Road Hack Divisions. Known for his versatility, he thrived in multiple disciplines and as a teacher to many students at UConn. Over the years, his offspring have been successful in a wide variety of disciplines including many that are currently a part of UConn’s riding program, where they excel at hunt seat, dressage and western. UC Serenity, Corporal's dam, is by world champion Morgan UC Ringmaster. Before becoming a broodmare, she was a successful jumper type with impressive scope, and part of the UConn riding program. Corporal is an all-around prospect but would stand out in the hunter ring. He has shown talent and bravery over fences when he was introduced to a jump chute. He is bold, trainable, and affectionate. Corporal is lunging with tack, confident over obstacles, lightly backed, and being introduced to longlining. He would be best suited for a confident rider with professional guidance. Corporal’s training will continue until he is sold. Corporal is current on all vaccinations, deworming, and Coggins.
