Well, let me introduce to you, the third hottie: McThirsty! McThirsty is the most chill, respectful guy out there! He is cool, calm, and collected. And absolutely gorgeous! Like seriously, this guy can outshine any male lead walking onto your TV screen and the best part is, you can have this guy as your own! McThirsty is such an easy ride! He is smooth as can be and he loves to work! He has a very smooth and natural canter, and you can sit his trot all day! There isn't much this guy isn't going to be able to do! This guy is thick and stout, the perfect man! McThirsty has learned even more since his riding video was taken! He will move off of leg, lower his head to bit pressure, and go down the trail happy as a clam! Lucky 7 Horse Rescue offers a Standardbred Rehoming Program for owners to safely rehome their retiring racehorses in a way that acknowledges the value of their horses. Off-the-track Standardbreds come with a lot of excellent handling and care, and are extreme athletes. When they are working, they are all “business mode”. When their harness is off, however, they show their goofy personalities! Every Standardbred has their unique set of goofy quirks - some like to twirl their heads, others like to stick their tongues out, and even more like to wiggle their lips! Like most Standardbreds, McThirsty comes with these wonderful qualities: ✅Stands tied ✅Cross-ties ✅Trailers like a champ ✅Good for farrier ✅Stands for baths ✅UTD on everything Standardbreds offered through our Standardbred Rehoming Program are NOT rescues. They have been loved and cared for their entire lives, valued as race horses. The Standardbred Rehoming Program exists to give horse owners the option to safely rehome their off-the-track Standardbreds in a way that acknowledges the value of their horses. Many of these horses would be sold for double or triple the price to go work on rural farms, as they are valued by those communities as working animals and transportation. When adopting a horse in our Standardbred Rehoming Program, half of the fee goes to the previous owner of the horse, and half goes directly into getting two or three Standardbreds away from the hard work of working on rural farms.Details Name McThirsty Location Isanti, MN Breeds Standardbred Gender Gelding Age 11 Height 15.2 HH Color Bay Disciplines Dressage, Driving, Endurance, English Pleasure, Lessons/Therapy, Ranch Horse/Versatility, Prospect for Any Discipline, Trail Riding, Working Cow Events Temperament 4 - Ideal Basic Behavior Profile The Basic Behavior Profile is provided as a convenience and is not a warranty or guaranty of any particular results from any animal adopted through My Right Horse.
