Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Fort Collins, CO
Introducing everyone’s dream horse!
Tinker bell is one of the flashiest, fanciest and sweetest mares we have ever offered!
She has a gorgeous golden palomino coat a shiny white mane and tail and a personality that will win everyone over!
Tinker bell is safe in all aspects. She crosses whatever she is pointed at without hesitation. She is no stranger to water, moving trains, traffic, air brakes, wildlife (elk, moose, deer, turkeys, etc), bridges, tunnels, bikes, strollers, and so much more. She had an ATV scream by her from the back and didn’t even move.
She has had considerable time off before and we grabbed the kids and put them on double without any prep and took her on the trail. She is reliable and trustworthy. I’ve never even seen her do something remotely out of place. She has been ridden on the trail by a beginner lesson student who had never even been on a trail ride and took excellent care of him. Not spooky in the slightest. This mare acts like a 10yo seasoned trail horse. She has the mind and temperament to be a beginner horse/ kids’ horse. On top of being extremely safe on the trail, she is smooth and soft in the arena as well! She neck reins, moves off leg pressure, has a smooth walk trot canter, and even rides bridleless with a kid on her. She is the real deal! She runs to be caught in the field. Adores people, loves attention, is great for the vet and farrier. She has never been lame or had any health concerns. She is up to date on all health aspects, has been wormed, teeth floated, vaccinated, had a round of sand clear, and has a clean coggins!
Come and meet this incredible mare, you won’t want to go home without her.
OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY.COM ENDS ON 07/29 @ 5:10 PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit.

About Fort Collins, CO
Fort Collins was founded as a military outpost of the United States Army in 1864. It succeeded a previous encampment, known as Camp Collins, on the Cache La Poudre River, near what is known today as Laporte. Camp Collins was erected during the Indian wars of the mid-1860s to protect the Overland mail route that had been recently relocated through the region. Travelers crossing the county on the Overland Trail would camp there, but a flood destroyed the camp in June 1864. Afterward, the commander of the fort wrote to the commandant of Fort Laramie in southeast Wyoming, Colonel William O.
