She stands well for the farrier, stands quietly to be saddled, and absolutely loves being groomed. Xena has an excellent demeanor and thrives on attention and affection. She has been hauled all over and stays the same horse everywhere she goes. She eats and drinks well on the road, stalls quietly, and is easygoing in the pasture. Xena has recently been shown in all Ranch Horse classes, including Cow Horse classes. She will take one down the fence and hold one on the end. She drags logs, crosses bridges, and opens gates with ease. In 2025, she earned 3rd Overall Open High Point with TNSHA. She would excel in youth or novice classes thanks to her willing attitude and easygoing nature. She has a fancy, long trot and an exceptionally smooth lope. Xena has a lead change, is a huge stopper, spins, side passes, and has a nice backup. Xena also trail rides alone or in a group and has even dabbled in the English world.
