Percheron Gelding for Sale in Woodburn, KY

Titan is a beautiful black Percheron/QH Cross gelding. 6yo with his whole life ahead of him. Standing a stout 15.3hh, this guy can pack a larger rider & look great doing it. Don’t let his size fool you, though. This big guy is athletic when you ask him to be & he loves to jump!! In our videos, you’ll see a young man take him over some jumps with ease; that was his first time riding Titan. He is user-friendly for all. He has been used this year in my lesson & guided trail riding programs. As well as being leased out to competitors who want to attend our horse shows & don’t have a horse of their own. Titan steps up to the plate when someone needs a friendly & fun ride. Navigates the tough trails with ease. Willingly crosses all types of obstacles in hand & under saddle. He’s done great at the extreme trail challenges. He’s sure-footed & goes over downed trees, through mud & up rocky trails without issue. He makes riding fun. Our lesson kids call him one of the favorites. He loads on many styles of trailers without any fuss & backs off like a pro. His sweet & gentle disposition makes him a great mount for an intermediate rider. This boy loves cattle work!! Ridden weekly at the stockyard & adds more cow sense each time. He really enjoys that work. He stands great for clipping, farrier & vet exams. He sells sound & ready to go to work for you. This guy rides like a dream & is adding buttons all the time. As good as he rides, he drives just great! This guy backs in the shafts & waits for your cue. Perfect for carriage rides, field work, or pony parties. Titan sells UTD on teeth, shots, and farrier work & is being offered with a full vet exam & check up. Buy with confidence!! He loves to stand for hours of grooming from the little kids. He’s great for mounting, bathing & many other tasks he’s been asked to perform. He’s an all-around good boy. Easy to halter & bridle. Gets along great with others in the field. He stalls or pastures great. Picks up all 4 feet when asked. He’s been a pleasure to have at our place. Whoever gets this big guy will have a friend for life! About Woodburn, KY

Woodburn began as a hamlet known as "Mason's Inn," which served as a stop along the stagecoach road that roughly followed what is now U.S. Route 31W. It is believed to have gotten its current name from a nearby forest that had been destroyed by fire. The L&N established a depot at the site in 1859, initially calling it "New Woodburn," but reverting simply to "Woodburn" by 1864. A townsite was platted next to the depot in 1865, and the city was incorporated the following year.
