Time looks Bay right now just because he’s been out in the sun. Time was born and raised in the county over and has spent his whole life living 30 minutes from my barn. I personally know the man who raised him, broke him, and the man who has ridden him the last few years. Rest assured, this horse was started the correct way as a colt, and this gentleman has spent the last few years training and riding him the right way to make him into the seasoned, well broke horse he is today. Time is a been there and done that horse. If you can think of a scenario out on the trail, more than likely he has experienced it. Time has been on overnight trips, countless day trips, ridden all over the state of KY, and has seen more backroads and side trails than most 20 year old trail horses. Time isn’t spooky or flighty out in the woods or on the highway. He’s content to let cars pass by him all day long. Time rides well both alone and in a group. Not only is he a dependable trail mount, but this horse carries himself with style and a fancy four beat gait that is sure to pull top ribbons at your local horse shows. I have thoroughly enjoyed riding and showcasing this horse for his next owner. Here is a list of things Time has been trained for or exposed to: Time stands to mount, steps over to the mounting block, canters beautifully, stands tied well, loads and hauls quietly, catches easily, will follow you from the stall to your cleanup area (no halter needed), stands well for the farrier, bathes and clips fine, has been ridden around dogs, has been shot off of, and has a good handle with a responsive mouth. Time is the kind of horse that, if you want dependable and solid, he is the one for the job. Please contact me with any further questions or to schedule an appointment to come test ride. Everyone is always welcome and encouraged to come check us and “Time Enough” out in person. Hustonville, KY EMILY – 615-542-4564

About Hustonville, KY

The community was originally known as The Crossroads from its location on trails connecting the Kentucky and Green rivers and the Falls of the Ohio with Logan's Fort (present-day Stanford). It was then known as Farmington and, after the 1818 erection of a post office, Hanging Fork after a local stream named for two bandits who were hanged by Virginia officers rather than escorted back for trial. For three months in 1826, it was known as New Store, but the name then returned to Hanging Fork. When the town was established on February 29, 1836, it was renamed Hustonville after two local landowners; the post office adopted the name the next year. The city was formally incorporated by the state assembly in 1850.
