Pony of the Americas Gelding for Sale in Fremont, MI
Would make a great youth horse for someone. He's been worked in hand since he was a baby. Saddled last fall and had first couple of rides just at a walk both in and out of round pen. Did pretty good. Has potential to do a lot of things. Great temperment and mind. Positive willing attitude. Sound. Sane. Good bone and feet. Very thick. Registered POA, but is over height..so we also registered him with IQPA. Very well bred pony. We will be VERY picky as to where he goes.
About Fremont, MI
The first inhabitants of the Fremont area were Native Americans. A group of settlers led by Daniel Weaver first settled the area in 1855, the Weaver homestead serving as the first post office and public school. In November 1855, Fremont Township was established and named in honor of John C. Fremont, western explorer and Republican Party candidate for United States President. Weaver and his fellow settlers cleared the dense timber in order to farm.
