“Ava K's Boy” Thoroughbred

Ava K's Boy is a six-year-old thoroughbred foaled February 23, 2019. The bay gelding, by Classic Empire out of Ava K., by Dixie Union, stands about 16 hands and currently resides at PARX Race Stables near Philadelphia. Ava K's Boy has won three and placed second in four races just this year. We are retiring Ava K’s Boy because he is experiencing some swelling in his knee when he races, and we at Eagle’s Look Stables do not force our horses to run through discomfort. Ava K’s Boy is quiet in his stall and likes to sleep, but out of the stall, he is energetic with a nice demeanor. He has the potential to be an excellent off-track thoroughbred for equitation or dressage, although he has yet to be trained for these purposes. If you prefer, we are experienced at retraining horses and can board and train the horse for equitation or dressage at a fee that we can negotiate.
