Friesian Mare for Sale in Eatonton, GA

Meet Cloud 9’s Don’t Be Jelly “Jellybean” 2013 | 15.1h | Double Registered AWSSR/FSA 50% AQHA × 50% Friesian Mare Barefoot, UTD on everything. Jellybean is the kind of mare you don’t come across often; sooty buckskin wrapped in dapples. She’s been shown through First Level Classical and Western Dressage schooling, second level movements, and Jump schooled 2ft. She’s not just about the arena; Jellybean has been ridden down beaches, conquered trail obstacle challenges, and takes traffic, cattle, tractors, flags, and even gunfire in stride. Trick-trained too, she’ll bow, smile, lie down, and show off at liberty. Honest and forward-thinking, she’s safe enough to be used in lessons, yet responsive enough to be a confident rider who enjoys a horse with feel. She’ll side-pass to meet you at the mounting block, open gates with ease, and stand quietly wherever you put her. She’s a dream to have in the barn as well — clean, seriously, goes all in the back corner. 👑 Quiet and completely vice-free. Microchipped, 6-panel N/N, lifetime USDF number, and clean X-rays on file. No maintenance, no issues, just a truly versatile, well-cared-for mare. Jelly loves a confident kid and is game for anything, though she’s likely a bit too forward for Grandma unless she likes the wind in her hair. She’s got a big Friesian canter, she’s very respectful, and has a big stride. We raised and trained her ourselves, and she’s only available as our focus has shifted to Appaloosa Ranch horse events. She’s incredibly special and will make someone’s dream horse. Please reach out with any questions or to meet Jellybean. OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY.COM ENDS ON 10/29 @ 5:30 PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit.
