Draft Gelding for Sale in AR

Royal✨ is a big, beautiful bay with those big brown kind eyes. He’s a Warlander, aka (Friesian/ Andalusian) He’s standing a little over 15.2 and is one of the smartest horses. He has a solid build and could easily carry a heavier rider. He’s very friendly, easy to catch. Rides out alone or with a group, he’s been on quite a few group trail rides down at the Buffalo National River. Makes one fine trail horse and would often go down or up things other horses wouldn’t. Stands to saddle, bridle. Suitable for the farrier, picks up all feet well. Loads and backs out. Good with water, tarps. He’s not spooky at ALL. You can climb all over him, slide off his rump, and go underneath him. He’ll ride right through town with no issues. He crosses bridges he’s been around for wheelers, Dirtbike, I’ve shot guns off of him. He’s been around cows, pigs, lots of dogs, goats, chickens, etc. He side passes both ways, backs, moves his front quarters, and hind quarters. I haven’t worked on his gates much until the last couple of weeks, so he’s still getting the hang of it, and he is a very fast learner. He comes over to you on anything to get on, lift your arm and kiss and he slides right over. He rides bar back or double. He often gives children rides, either for my nieces and nephews or for children at the park. He doesn’t kick, buck, bolt, rear, or bite. He’s pretty chill on the trail and easily hangs back with the quarter horses, but can easily keep up with gated horses. He is just an overall fun horse for almost everyone. He can have a little more go than whoa sometimes, so I wouldn’t say he is an excellent horse for a beginner. He has good ground manners and backs and scoots over from the ground. He does have a scar on his nose. I’m not sure how he got it. I put stuff on it for a while, and it got a little better, but it is still visible. He could pretty much excel in any direction, from jumping to ranch work, play days, dressage, trail riding, or be taught to pull. He was ridden in the Harrison parade in September and did fabulous. He will be very sad to see him go, as this is a hobby for the whole family, but since it is a hobby of riding and training, I can’t afford to keep him any longer. He has been very loved here, and I honestly want the best for him. He has a big heart and deserves the best! For anyone interested, I would love for them to ride him. I’d be happy to take you out on the trails and try him out, or we can do it in the arena.
