Tennessee Walking Gelding for Sale in Fort collins, CO

★★ TRIGGER ★★ Once-in-a-Lifetime Trail Partner | Family-Safe | Solid Gelding I am beyond excited to introduce you to Trigger — a once-in-a-lifetime gelding who has captured our hearts and will no doubt do the same for his next family. Trigger is the kind of horse people dream about: stunning in appearance, incredibly kind, and as steady and dependable as they come. From the moment you meet him, it’s clear Trigger has an exceptional brain and a kind soul. He’s respectful, affectionate, and easy to be around in every way. He has impeccable ground manners, is safe for any age to handle, and absolutely loves being brushed, pampered, and fussed over. He’ll lift his feet with ease, stands for grooming and saddling, and even lowers his head and opens his mouth for the bridle. He is not cinchy and tacks up quietly — a true gentleman from start to finish. Trigger is also well-started in the arena and knows his basics well. He’s been a trusted teacher for kids as young as 10, offering safe, confidence-building rides. He’s soft in the mouth, responds to leg pressure, and is happy to walk, trot, and even lope quietly around. But where Trigger truly shines is on the trail. Trail riding is his passion. Trigger will happily go out alone or in a group, cross anything you point him at, and carry riders of any age or experience level safely and confidently. He is a horse you can drop the reins on and go, steady, surefooted, and happy to take care of his rider. Whether it’s a relaxing ride through the pasture or an all-day mountain trip, Trigger is always a willing and joyful partner. He’s also mountain-savvy and surefooted, making him an ideal camping buddy or pack-out horse for hunting trips. He’s smart and safe in rough terrain and always puts his best hoof forward. He’s the kind of horse that gives you peace of mind wherever you ride. Trigger gets along well with others in the pasture, is an easy keeper, and fits seamlessly into a herd. His relaxed and friendly nature makes him a favorite in the barn and a joy to be around every day. This sweet gelding has brought immense joy to our family and program, and now he’s ready to do the same for his next owner. If you’re looking for a true partner, teacher, and friend, Trigger is the one. Come meet him, ride him, and fall in love. He’s the total package. OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY.COM ENDS ON 7/2 @ 5:10 PM CT. About Fort collins, CO

Fort Collins was founded as a military outpost of the United States Army in 1864. It succeeded a previous encampment, known as Camp Collins, on the Cache La Poudre River, near what is known today as Laporte. Camp Collins was erected during the Indian wars of the mid-1860s to protect the Overland mail route that had been recently relocated through the region. Travelers crossing the county on the Overland Trail would camp there, but a flood destroyed the camp in June 1864. Afterward, the commander of the fort wrote to the commandant of Fort Laramie in southeast Wyoming, Colonel William O.
