Introducing Titus Equine’s Fancy! This gorgeous buttermilk buckskin draft cross mare wears all the hats! From ranch work to English riding, from trails to city streets, Fancy does it all! Fancy is a 15.2h, 7-year-old QH/Shire cross mare. She is a fearless, confident trail horse that handles the toughest terrain with ease. In the same breath, she can check cattle in the pasture or help bring up the broodmares. She is well-desensitized to tarps, flags, umbrellas, and even the leaf blower. Fancy also exudes elegance under English tack. She has been ridden cross-country, used over the cross rail, clears 2.5 feet with ease, and truly loves English riding. She is soft in the face and frames up beautifully in the bridle. Both my boys, who are 11 and 14, ride her regularly, and she never disappoints. You can leave her off for months, and she’ll ride off the same every time. She lopes nice, easy circles on the correct leads, trots easily and collects, and has a great verbal, seat-cued stop. Fancy is located in Charleston, Illinois, 61920. Watch her video and check her out! If you wanna stand out in the crowd, she’s your girl.

About Charleston, IL
Native Americans lived in the Charleston area for thousands of years before the first European settlers arrived. With the great tallgrass prairie to the west, beech-maple forests to the east, and the Embarras River and Wabash Rivers between, the Charleston area provided semi-nomadic Indians access to a variety of resources. Indians may have deliberately set the " wildfires" which maintained the local mosaic of prairie and oak–hickory forest. Streams with names like 'Indian Creek' and 'Kickapoo Creek' mark the sites of former Indian settlements. One village is said to have been located south of Fox Ridge State Park near a deposit of flint.
