Meet Brava, a stunning 15-year-old Mustang mare with a story as wild and free as her spirit. She is jet black with a white blaze on her face and one blue eye, making her as striking in appearance as she is in character. Born in the wild and adopted from the Wild Horse Sanctuary in South Dakota at just 1 year old, Brava has grown into a remarkable partner with a centered mind and incredible character. Standing at 15 hands, Brava is extensively trained, having started her training in western riding, cow work, and tackling obstacle courses. Her early training included impressive skills like reining, passage, kneeling, and complete groundwork. She was ridden on a variety of demanding trails, including several summers in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, upstate NY, and most recently here in Massachusetts. Brava is suitable for medium to advanced riders and thrives best when kept in her own stall. She is affectionate, loves people, and has an undeniable Mustang spirit, often adopting other horses as her herd when placed in shared pastures.
