Pony Gelding for Sale in Antlers, OK

OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY,COM. SALE ENDS ON 05/14 @ 5PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit. Big Mack is a really cool little gelding that is gentle, broke, and safe!!! His big Flaxen mane and tail stands out against his bright red body and a big beautiful blaze. He is put together like a big horse but only stands 37 inches tall. He is safe bareback and with a saddle and rides good with or without a bridle. He is good on the lead line and being ridden independently. He is broke and confident enough to be trail-ridden by himself or with others, and he will ride front, back, or in the middle. He will go anywhere the big horses go and has the stamina to keep up all day. He will ease through any rough spots slowly and steadily. Big Mack is safe handling all 4 feet and will follow you even without a lead rope. He does not get excited dragging empty jugs and will stand quietly and let a child drink out of a plastic water bottle. He loves playing with the big ball or just with kids. He is a fun pony to have around. His gentle and friendly personality and good looks make him special, and we are confident you will love him, too!!!! Big Mack is always a gentleman, whether you are just playing around the barn or heading to the woods for some serious trail riding. This is one you want to take advantage of!!!!! Call David for any further questions or to make an appointment to meet Big Mack.

About Antlers, OK

Evidence exists of prehistoric occupation and activity within the city limits of present-day Antlers. Arrowheads are found periodically at sites throughout the town. Most of the prehistoric sites are atop hills, which the inhabitants could use for defensive purposes and found the most healthful. A Mississippian culture settlement developed at Spiro Mounds, which was active from the mid-9th into the 15th century. This is the westernmost site of the culture and it is "one of the most important archeological discoveries in North America." The 80-acre site is preserved today as Oklahoma's only state archeological park.
