Meet Joe. He’s a 13-year-old Twh/Belgian cross gelding that’s standing 15.2! He’s a great trail horse, given that’s all he’s been used to, including lessons. He’s a gentle giant, and he’s beginner-friendly. He will cross water/logs/Ditches without hesitation. He tacks and untacks great, bathes/grooms, and loads/unloads. He will w-t-l, and he’s soft in the mouth. He is a Twh cross, but he’s not gaited. He takes more after the Belgian side, but he’s a big, honest, gentle gelding that could last all day on the trails and would make any family happy. I have owned him for almost a year, and we have put everyone from a beginner to an experienced rider, and he gets along with everybody and all horses.
