Tennessee Walking Gelding for Sale in Clinton, KY

Southern Comfort Ace is a beautiful dark grey, 6-year-old Tennessee Walking Horse gelding born and raised right here on our farm. Ace is gentle, easy-going, and an outstanding, experienced trail horse. He has a smooth gait, a wonderful slow lope, and always tries to please his rider. Ace knows how to lope both leads, neck rein, side pass, back-up, and open/close gates by moving off your legs. He will willingly and carefully cross water, ditches, logs, and railroad tracks. Ace is great with traffic, tractors, dirt bikes, and trains. He has been trained properly and can even be ridden bridleless anywhere! Ace also knows a few tricks! He will lay down when asked, sit up like a dog, and side pass over to pick you up from the mounting block. Ace stands quietly to be groomed and saddled and will stand perfectly still for mounting and dismounting. Ace is great with shotguns and has lots of experience squirrel hunting at Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky. He has been extensively desensitized and is great with tarps, bullwhips, and dogs running all around him. He doesn’t spook at new scary objects; he simply goes on his way. You can tie anything to the saddle horn, and he will drag it without getting excited. Ace will go anywhere you ask him and quietly walk along the trail on a loose rein. He is up for a ride any time, day or night! Ace is always gentle and is easy to ride. He has been ridden by all ages, from young children to older men, and is good with any rider, from novice to experienced. Ace is an easy keeper and gets along great with other horses. He easily loads and unloads in the trailer and stands quietly for the farrier. Ace is a special, personable horse with a loving and quiet disposition. We sure have enjoyed our time with him, and we are proud of the horse he has become. He is the perfect age to make someone a forever friend! If you are looking for your next personal horse of a lifetime, feel free to come see Ace and take him for a ride. He will steal your heart! ***Please call (270) 627-4881 for more info or visit MyHorseConnection.com.
