Mule Mare for Sale in Fort Collins, CO

OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY,COM. SALE ENDS ON 12/19 @ 3:40PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit. Kora is a very athletic Molly mule with a huge heart and no quitting. She has been in the roughest country packing and used on hunting trips. She has been used in the stockyards to hold and push cattle. She is great out on the trails and fearless. You point, and she goes. She is great in Rocky terrain, as seen in the video. She loads and unloads well, as seen in the video. She is handy in bridle side passing, half passing, spinning both ways, neck reins, nice stops, and reverses, as seen in the video. She does like to trust her person. Shake a little grain the first few days; after she’s bonded to you, she’ll do anything you desire. She has been stalled and pastured and does well. Great to saddle and groom, as seen in the video. She does well trailering and on overnights. Crosses water bridges wherever you point her. She was stuck at 15 hands, a nice quarter horse cross Molly, good bones, and great feet. She is shod in videos and will go barefoot as well. She is absolutely gorgeous and so many stripes and unique markings on her. Great in a herd, not food aggressive towards others at all.

About Fort Collins, CO

Fort Collins was founded as a military outpost of the United States Army in 1864. It succeeded a previous encampment, known as Camp Collins, on the Cache La Poudre River, near what is known today as Laporte. Camp Collins was erected during the Indian wars of the mid-1860s to protect the Overland mail route that had been recently relocated through the region. Travelers crossing the county on the Overland Trail would camp there, but a flood destroyed the camp in June 1864. Afterward, the commander of the fort wrote to the commandant of Fort Laramie in southeast Wyoming, Colonel William O.
