Troyer is a gorgeous six y/o Belgian X Pony gelding standing 14.3 hh wearing a number 2 shoe. He is built to carry anyone from a child to a heavier rider with no problem. Stands for the Ferrier and is easy to groom, bathe, and clip. Perfect cross-tie manners. He doesn’t move to be saddled or bridled and stands great for mounting. He is easy to catch and will stall happily. Troyer is great on trails, crosses bridges, water, and logs, and is sure-footed on steep hills. He will lead or follow and is not pushy whatsoever. Troyer one one-hand neck reins has a great handle, lopes, and correct circles. He will lay down and sit up upon command. Troyer does just about anything from carrying flags, dragging objects, crossing tarps, opening and closing gates, lowers his head and bridles easily, and will side pass to the mounting block with the snap of your fingers!! Troyer drives well in the team and has been used to doing chores on the farm, such as hauling manure and cutting and moving hay. He works well by himself; he has been used on the buggy to take the family to church or go on pleasure drives in town. Troyer easily handles various tasks, whether trail riding, farm chores, or pleasure drives.

The city of Glasgow was established by the state assembly in 1799.
