Everyone meet…..Govenor!! This exceptional 3-year-old Brabant cross gelding is mature far beyond his years! A true gentle giant measuring 17.2 hands. His docile personality makes him a sure win for any family wanting to add an exceptional animal to their herd! Governor is a very personable horse. He is super easy to catch, enjoys grooming, and always enjoys a nuzzle inside my coat! He would make an amazing lifelong friend! Governor is super easy on the trail. Calm and steady. Crosses water, logs, up and down anywhere you want to go. More whoa than go. Our 9-month-old son rides with us on Governor at home and on the trails! We trust him that much. No funny business with this guy! He is no stranger to gunfire. Take him on your hunt and drag your harvest out! He will drag/pull anything you hook him to! He is also traffic-safe, safe, and suitable for mounted patrol. Unload anywhere and ride! He is the same in town as he is at home! Governor has been ground-driven. Does exceptionally well and is ready to hook up to the wagon. Stands quiet to harness and hook. Governor has been exposed and is comfortable around four-wheelers, a calf rope, flags, leaf blowers, kids, strollers, tractors, and other livestock. Leads, loads, and ties as he should. Stands well for the farrier. Enjoys a bath. Quiet in the stalls or can be turned out. Gets along well with other horses/ponies. Not much phases this guy! The possibilities are endless with Governor! He’s young but safe and ready to go in any direction you want to take him! Best suited for an individual knowledgeable with horses his age to reach maximum potential. Feel free to ask any other questions, or if you’d like to meet this handsome guy in person, we would be glad to have you!
