Sierra is out of a Bask bred mare and by a Paint stallion. She has a flaxen mane and tail, and high white socks with spots on her belly. She is registered PtHA and IAHA. Must see! About Blair, NE
Blair was platted in 1869 when the Sioux City and Pacific Railroad was extended to that point. It was named for railroad magnate John Insley Blair, who was credited with bringing the railroad to town. Blair was incorporated as a city in 1872. Within its first year, Blair was designated county seat. In March 1869, a small child playing on a railroad turntable in town was injured on the turntable.
