Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Sun, LA
We are having to downsize our herd and are looking to sell our Buckskin Mare, Jes One Smoken Dun (registered quarter horse) # 4847198. Known to us as Pocahantas.
Price of $1,500 is slightly negotiable.
Pocahantas has a very sweet and loving demeanor where she loves to be brushed, scratched, and pampered. Her love language is definitely food! As a usual mare she is spunky when she wants to be. She has a Dorsal stripe and zebra like markings on legs. She has been Diagnosed with heaves within the last month, but have her on supplements to assist. She will do basic ground work and has no issues with the ferrier. Pocahantas is easy to catch, halter, and lead. Good around people and kids. We had her for a broodmare, but never got around to breeding. We have never ridden her, but have thrown a saddle pad on her with no issues.
