Artemis loves any job and is capable of them all. She is automatic on the head and heel side. She will put you in the money guaranteed in sorting or team penning. Does all aspects of ranch work as well as any. Really tracks a cow well and will make you look like you have been doing it your entire life. She would be an amazing asset for the High School rodeo. Perfect 4-H horse. She’s great out on the trail with zero spooks. She has seen all wildlife, bicycles, strollers, joggers. Cross anything you point her at. Loves water and all obstacles out on the trail. One of the most sure-footed horses you’ll find. Rides out alone, rides away from the group, and will ride in the group. She is great for beginners to practice mounted shooting. Loads and unloads like one should. She is very handy in the bridle, and side passes both directions, works gates, has a nice reverse, huge stop, reigning training, and is very easy to control. Great on the barrels and will put you in the money in the 3D classes. Great for the farrier and veterinarian. She is one of the favorites on the ranch and the perfect babysitter after all the chores are done. We offer delivery anywhere. Feel free to call us; we look forward to meeting everyone. Come check her out; You won’t be disappointed. We do have steers to run if you’re looking for sorting or roping both ends

About Fort Collins, CO
Fort Collins was founded as a military outpost of the United States Army in 1864. It succeeded a previous encampment, known as Camp Collins, on the Cache La Poudre River, near what is known today as Laporte. Camp Collins was erected during the Indian wars of the mid-1860s to protect the Overland mail route that had been recently relocated through the region. Travelers crossing the county on the Overland Trail would camp there, but a flood destroyed the camp in June 1864. Afterward, the commander of the fort wrote to the commandant of Fort Laramie in southeast Wyoming, Colonel William O.
