Prince is a 12 year old black halflinger cross gelding. He stands 13.2 hands tall. Prince has a heart the size of Texas!! He’s a little chunk but don’t let his size fool you he’s very strong on the end of a rope and in the harness. Prince has been ridden a lot by youth and novice riders. He is very very gentle and laid back. He will lope both ways catching his leads easily. He also has an awesome stop. I have used him all around the farm checking brood mare fields and fence lines / water tanks he is not scared to cross water puddles or logs. He is traffic safe. I’ve rode him a lot on the highway. Prince will work to a wagon single or double. He has been on a three up a few times if you can hold the driving lines you can drive him. He’s so much fun! I have roped the dummy a lot off of him. He is not scared of the rope or the dummy. Prince will be the best shooting horse I’ve ever sat on he helps me with my shooting so much he will not spook or duck from the shot he will stay 100 % for you every run down (he’s fun)! Prince has lots of talent to go and do anything you want to do for any level of rider. His main talent is safe very safe I mean really really safe. Prince has no bad habits or health issues, and he is 1000 % shoer friendly he does not require any maintenance at all. About Kentwood, LA

This rural town was founded by Amos Kent in 1893. On August 30, 2012, pressure on a dam on the Tangipahoa River to the north of the town as a result of Hurricane Isaac led to Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal calling for a mandatory evacuation of the town due to fears of large-scale flooding from Lake Tangipahoa. The evacuation order was later rescinded and the dam held.
