All around American registered Appendix horse. Finer Details is a 21 year old gelding, appendix- quarter/ thoroughbred mix. Finer Details can be ridden in both disciplines of Western and English. He’s been shown in western pleasure, and has done barrel racing, also been shown in english pleasure, and has done jumping, before and after purchasing him. Good on trails. Have owned him for 5 years. He’s very patient and likes to please. First to come in pasture and catches easily. He would be great for a beginner rider. Stands for farrier, clips, loads, bathes, ties, and lunges with no issues. He is sound no vices. Very good ground manners. Only reason for selling is time, unfortunately can’t devote as much time to him. Asking $3,500 for him. Interested buyers only. No trades. Cape Coral history began in 1957 when two brothers from Baltimore, Maryland, Leonard and Jack Rosen, flew over the peninsula known as Redfish Point, across the Caloosahatchee River near present-day Fort Myers. Cape Coral was founded as Redfish Point. Leonard and Jack Rosen, who were real-estate developers and a small group of partners, purchased a 103-square-mile (270 km 2) tract known as Redfish Point for $678,000 in that year and, in 1958, began development of the city as a master-planned, pre-planned community. The Gulf American Land Corporation (GALC), was formed to develop the area. GAC developed a marketing model that was a total departure from traditional selling methods.
