Special Paso Fino

Norma came to me with trust issues. Hard to catch/ Nervous about everything when it came to people. She now comes to the gait, easy to halter, bridle. Loves to be groomed great for the farrier. Can hose her off, etc. Norma is going beautifully under saddle. Still a bit nervous when the saddle goes on and when you tighten it, she gets a little stressed. She also gets stressed when you get on. After you are on, she settles and is doing amazing. She is just starting in my lesson program and doing well, was used in March break camp and did great and just did her first little show at my place. We have ridden her inside and outside. Goes over poles, started walking around the fields a bit. She is very willing but still nervous of new situations. I have young girls riding her they are intermediate riders. She is approx. 14yr old and 13.3h.. She is gaited. I do not have her papers, but my guess is there are papers out there. As she is a stunning mare. Sound, healthy, no vices. Norma is at the bottom of the pecking order and will get beat up If out with aggressive horses. I have her by herself as she is stressed when she is out with anyone. This horse has had a really bad life and deserves the best. She is looking for her special person. Although she has come far and seems now to love people, she does require someone who is going to spend daily time with her, be very patient and quiet, as new situations might cause her to get a bit. anxious. She is one of the sweetest kindest horses I have worked with. Absolutely no kick, bit, etc. If you are willing to take the time with her, she will try so hard and love you unconditionally.
