Tennessee Walking Gelding for Sale in Palmdale, CA
Ammo is a 18 years young handsome Chestnut Tennessee walker who has done it all! He clips, bathes, cross ties and loads into a trailer well. He is currently barefoot and does well with his feet as well as with the farrier. While I have owned him, he has been an easy keeper and has never colliced or had any other major ailments . He is UTD on his vaccinations and has been on a worming program from the start. He is generally not spooky and if he has spooked, will get over it with a little encouragement. He has never bucked or reared while ridden and I would be happy to send videos of us at a recent beach ride. I have taken him on long camping trips. I have ridden him in both english as well as western, but for the most part he is a western guy. A beginner ride would fit with Ammo, although I think confidence would serve both horse and rider best. Ammo is offered at $2000, but to the right person, the price is negotiable. I just really want to find this guy the right home. He really deserves it.

                    About Palmdale, CA
Populated by different cultures for an estimated 11,000 years, the Antelope Valley was a trade route for Native Americans traveling from Arizona and New Mexico to California's coast. "Palmenthal", the first European settlement within the limits of Palmdale, was established as a village on April 20, 1886, by westward Lutheran travelers from the American Midwest, mostly of German and Swiss descent. According to area folklore, the travelers had been told they would know they were close to the ocean when they saw palm trees. Never actually having seen palm trees before, they mistook the local Joshua trees for palms and so named their settlement after them. ( Palmenthal is German for Palm Valley.) According to David L.
