Pony of the Americas Mare for Sale in Central Point, OR
I have a 10 year old Pony of America needing a new home. She is just about 14 hands and her name is Star. She is broke, but very energetic and full of personality so she needs an experienced rider. She does great with other horses and all types of animals. She has no known health conditions. We are only looking to rehome because she deserves to be in a home where she is being actively ridden. She was in 90 days of professional training. She was also certified for search and rescue, which included water crossing and trail jumping. She has a lot of potential for many equine activities. She would be great for 4H or gym kana. If you have any questions please contact me, I am open to negotiating the price. Only serious inquiries.
About Central Point, OR
Isaac Constant, a pioneer who settled here in 1852, named the location Central Point because of its location at a crossroads in the middle of the Rogue Valley. At this point, the main north–south road from the Willamette Valley met the road between Jacksonville and settlements along the Rogue River. In about 1870, Magruder Brothers opened a store at the crossroads. In 1872, a post office was established here under the name Central Point.
