I’m excited to offer Mable for sale. This mare is an absolutely stunning dappled grey and white spotted draft mare. If your looking for a horse with some size and shape with looks to die for, Mable is your girl. Not only is she stunning and conformationally correct she’s got a mind and training to match. Mable stands 16.2hh at 8 years old. She is broke to both ride and drive and she will do both equally as great. Under-saddle she’s smooth as silk. She has a quiet walk, a floaty trot, and a naturally balanced canter. She moves with excellent self Carriage. She knows her leads and will canter circles as easily as a horse 1/2 her size. She also has her flying changes down pat. Mable has been used over fences and this mare jumps a 20!! She will jump any fill/flowers both inside and out and holds a quiet canter around a course. Mable has been trail ridden all over Michigan, Ohio and Iowa. She is no stranger to woods, water, wildlife and thick brush. Just point her in the direction you want to go and she will gladly go that route. Mable is also broke to drive and she’s worked on our carriage giving rides thru busy cities. She’s been in crowds of 30,000+ people, heavy traffic, she’s been in parades, seen fireworks and she takes it all in stride. She will teach a new driver the ropes or she’s a dependable one you can count on. She has had 2 babies for us and both were blue roan paint colts. She’s a great momma who throws beautiful color.
