You Are Gonna Love This One! Meet Mercedes, a 15.2 hand, 1450lb, gorgeous black and white Percheron paint cross-bred mare. She has been in our family for the past 2 years. She has passed all our tests with flying colors and it's time for her to find her forever home. First let's talk about personality - you will not find a kinder soul. She is 100 percent a people horse: She's happy, she's kind, and she has a heart the size of Texas. In her stall, she meets you when you open the door and it is no different in a big open pasture, she will find you. She enjoys any type of pampering such as washing, clipping, or even shoeing. She just loves interacting with humans and even more so when she finds her human. Mercedes rides the very best. With her reining/cowhorse background, you will appreciate her ride and the handle she has. Mercedes lopes collected circles, has awesome transistions, pretty turn arounds, will always stop & she is soft in her face, she moves off leg pressure, always takes her leads, smooth, level headed, one step lope offs, and will side pass anywhere. Her arena work is magnificent! Mercedes is no stranger to the outdoors; She enjoys the scenery, she's not spooky, she goes anywhere she’s pointed, she loads, she follows, she knows where her feet are. She loves water. One of the things we like most about her is she doesn’t get spooked or rattled. Besides being a perfect mount, we have used her to doctor our cattle and she will pony our colts. She’s always ready to help us when we need her. She will back out or turn around either one in a trailer. We are proud to offer Mercedes. We can't fault her and feel you won’t either.
