Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Everett, PA

ONLINE AUCTION Place your bid at PlatinumEquineAuction dot com Auction ends November 20th $3500 Starting bid Bambi is a 13 year old buckskin crossbred mare who stands 16.1 hands tall and has lovely conformation and substance all day long. Bambi has the most beautiful head and doe eyes, and the kindest personality to match, she is genuinely just a quiet and good minded mare! She loves love and scratches and being fussed over and is very easy to handle on the ground. She stands cross tied or single tied to be groomed, tacked and bathed. She is absolutely a dream to work on for both the farrier and the vet, she does not require stocks to be shod and is gentle and easy enough for a kid to handle picking her hooves. Bambi has been used in my lesson program and is suitable from beginner levels and up to ride. Bambi is smooth and we often refer to her as riding a couch because she’s so comfortable in all her gaits and transitions. She will ride out alone or in a group, she’s not herd bound or barn sour and she doesn’t fuss with horses riding up her backside or right along side of her. She will take the lead or bring up the rear and is safe around dogs, vehicles and equipment. Bambi will ride english or western and she DRIVES the very best too! While Bambi is a girl of good size she rides so light and so broke you’ll think you’re on a quarter horse. Bambi will take a jump in the arena, trot poles and out on trail will jump logs and other natural obstacles if asked. She will cross water, go through mud, over rough terrain, up and down steep grades and ride out on the hard road with traffic unfazed. Bambi is lovely both out of the arena and in the arena she really could be a suitable mount for a number of riders and disciplines! I believe she would enjoy hunter paces, fox hunting, low level eventing, dressage, western dressage, trail obstacle challenges, pleasure driving, hunter jumper and eq type work as well as just being a great all around family horse for everyone and anyone to enjoy! She’s been extensively trail ridden by an 11 year old girl this whole summer and is just the epitome of safe/fun and broke. Bambi is great to load into any style trailer, she hauls quiet, unloads quiet and rides off without any prep or lunging. Bambi has no known vices or limitations. Bambi lives in a stall or turned out in a mixed herd well, she’s easy to catch and an easy keeper. We are welcome to potential buyers coming to see her just give a call to schedule a day/time and as always a vet exam is welcomed at the potential buyers expense. If you need help arranging transportation we have a list of recommended haulers we have used with confidence that we can share with you, if you choose to connect with a hauler on your own that is fine too! If you’re reading this and thinking Bambi sounds like a dreamboat be sure to check out the YouTube link posted below- she doesn’t disappoint. Call Benny 814-979-2046 with any questions! About Everett, PA

Over 200 years ago, the sun pierced through the thick forest on a small Indian village and trading post known as Bloody Run, which was located on a wagon road headed to Fort Dusquesne in south central Pennsylvania. [ citation needed ] In 1787, Michael Barndollar purchased the land in this area, and laid out a town which was originally called Waynesburg. This name was never widely used and this small village was incorporated as a borough in November 1860, to be known as Bloody Run. While this name carries with it many interesting stories and much history, the name was changed in February 1873 to Everett. The Everett Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
