8YO Quarter/Peruvian Gelding

I’m looking to sell my daughters horse as she hasn’t had time to ride in a few years, now that she’s graduated high school. He’s a chestnut gelding, half quarter, half Peruvian with 4 socks and a bold blaze. He was 14.1 last time I measure him but that was a few years ago so he may be 14.2-14.3 now. Has experience with cows, trail riding, has been roped off of, has been desensitized to most things and when being ridden regularly we were able to hop on cold and go for a ride with no issues. He stands for the farrier without much fuss. Is very smooth and has a natural gait. Loads easily, even in a straight load. He is easy to catch and usually comes when he sees me or hears me calling. He has mostly been ridden with a hackamore with some bit experience however his bottom wolf teeth have grown in so they will need to be pulled, his top ones were pulled about 3 years ago. Since he wasn’t ridden/worked much for 2 years (until about 9 months ago) he learned it’s easier to just hang out in the pasture/stall all day and he’d prefer to be lazy. My friend has put some rides on him since last spring and I’d recommend a confident rider that knows how to correct behavior and not let him get away with bad behavior. He knows quite a lot from working with a horseman off and on for 3 years, he is just out of practice.
