Peanut is a grade 6 year old Palomino gelding. 15.1 hands Peanut is a wicked little guy, but don’t let his size fool you. He can get with the program quickly, as he is very smart and a talented little guy. He is very quick on his feet and will put lengths on most horses, but also does well with slow arena work. He is a very tough horse that will work all day long for you and give 100% the whole time. He’s gathered cattle a few times, loped the barrel pattern, and you can rope off him. He’s done fantastic and caught on very quickly, but is still a bit green as I have not been super consistent with roping and barrels. He puts his best efforts forward as he will walk up any hill you put in front of him. He will walk straight through big sage brush, puddles, lakes and rivers as if they’re not existent. Peanut is still a little green and sensitive, so he may be best suited for a more experienced horse person. He trailers well and will stand in the trailer or tied to it all day with no issues. He stands great for grooming/bathes, and the farrier. He’s currently UTD on shots, and had his teeth floated 6 months ago. He recently had his feet done and shoes put on all four feet.
