Delilah has only been with one family her whole life and was a kids horse. This mare is everything but boring! She is a pretty mare and a deluxe ride! Delilah will go over all types of obstacles, up and down the hollers and crosses water. She has been ridden extensively by her prior owners all over the hills of Kentucky . The kids have been riding her all over the place and having a great time with her.
On the ground she stands to be groomed, bathed, saddled, and mounted whether from the ground or a mounting block. She loads and unloads, stands tied, and is an easy keeper. Delilah has seen miles of trails and takes everything in stride. She has been on many camping trips and pickets well overnight. If you can sit up and hold the reins, then you’re able to get along with Delilah.
This beauty has a great personality and is very easy to get along with. She can be ridden once a day or once a week with no problems, she will be the same horse every day whether it’s been a day or several months! Delilah will ride back, front or middle of the pack.
She is UTD on shoeing, but does not have to be shod. Delilah is 100% sound, had no issues and is an easy keeper. If you’re looking for a gentle mare who is beautiful and has the brain to match, Delilah is the horse for you.

Brooksville is a home rule-class city in Bracken County, Kentucky, in the United States. As of the 2010 census, the city's population was 642. It is the county seat of Bracken County. The area was settled before 1800 by William and Joel Woodward and was originally known as Woodward's Crossroads. County government moved from Augusta to Woodward's Crossing in 1833 due to its more central location, although it did not become the official county seat until February 16, 1839.
