Smokey is a 2017 Black Roan 15.1 Hand Tennessee Walking Gelding. I started him lightly at 30 months old. He is a fearless trail horse; Smokey is very stout made. Smokey will go through or cross anything that I ask him to, such as creeks, rivers, ponds, brush, and fallen trees. He is very smooth gaited. He will ride in the Front, Back, or Middle of a group. He has been on many rides since last year and this year. He has been on weeklong rides. He will stay on a Picket Line good at night. He has ridden at least as much by himself as with other horses. Smokey is easy to catch, shoe, load, clip, and also has no issues when I spray him with fly spray and when I give him a bath or just a good spray down, he remains just as calm as any other time. Smokey will one-hand neck rein, back up, and park out very well. If you are interested in meeting Smokey, come try him for yourself; he is always up for a Ride!!
