Quarter Horse, Thoroughbred

Once a kids camp favorite, Soldier needs a one on one family. This big beautiful boy is sweet, easy to catch, willing to please, stands for the farrier, loads/trailers, ties, cross-ties, good to bath and groom. No kick, bite, crib, buck, etc.Not much bothers this boy, he's been pastured with zebras, llamas, rheas, donks, mixed herds, not bothered by chickens, ducks, geese, dogs, cars, etc. Does well in traffic and groups. Had a 6 week professional refresher in December 2020. Rides English/Western, neck reins, and this boy can jump.Has a beautiful long stride. Clean, sound legs, nice feet.Soldier has one glitch and that is he is sensitive to saddle fit, get it wrong and he will crow hop (watch video, no buck, just a bop of his butt, we found its easy to fix with proper padding and correct saddle fit. Our trainer is willing to discuss, and assist with advice, if needed).UTD on coggins, vaccines, deworming, farrier, microchipped. Adoption application and contract required.
